تهدف إتمام إلى أن تكون المرجع الأول لمشاريع البناء في سلطنة عمان، عبر جمع جميع الخدمات الهندسية والإنشائية والتجارية في منصة إلكترونية واحدة تسهّل الوصول، المقارنة، والتواصل بين جميع الأطراف. Etmam aims to become the first reference for construction projects in the Sultanate of Oman, by bringing all engineering, construction, and commercial services together on one digital platform — making access, comparison, and communication between all parties easier.

إخلاء المسؤولية عن التعاملاتDisclaimer on dealings

يُخلي التطبيق مسؤوليته عن أي تعاملات تتم بين الأطراف خارج إطار التحقق الرسمي، ويؤكد على أهمية التأكد من بيانات الشركات والأفراد قبل أي تعامل تجاري. The app disclaims responsibility for any dealings between parties that take place outside its official verification framework, and stresses the importance of confirming company and individual details before any commercial transaction.

دور إتمامEtmam's role

تعمل إتمام كمنصة تربط بين الموردين وطالبي الخدمة، دون أن تكون طرفاً في أي عقد أو اتفاق تجاري ينعقد بين المستخدمين. Etmam operates as a platform connecting suppliers with service seekers, without being a party to any contract or commercial agreement formed between users.

مسؤولية المستخدمUser responsibility

على كل مستخدم التحقق من هوية الطرف الآخر وسجلاته التجارية، والتعامل بحرص قبل تبادل أي مبالغ أو توقيع أي اتفاق. Every user is responsible for verifying the other party's identity and commercial records, and should proceed carefully before exchanging funds or signing any agreement.
